We are looking for an organized project coordinator to support our project manager team in delivering exceptional projects. In this role, you will play a supporting role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. You have exceptional organizational skills, and a relentless commitment to client satisfaction. You will report to a Project Director.
This role is open to fully remote candidates in the United States.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
Own routing content through internal processes.
Help monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Work with Sr. PMs and department heads to proactively plan and manage resourcing
Inform stakeholders about project status through regular updates and reports.
Support the management of account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Support the project management and client services team with client communications as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management or a related field
Experience using project management tools such as Hive, Scoro, Monday.
Highly organized with a high attention to detail
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
