Project Coordinator

Amentum is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our #pecan team!

Purpose and Scope:
Manages operations of one or more task orders under the general guidance of the PM. Plans and manages the work efforts of task team personnel, determining and monitoring subtask schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with all contract and task order requirements and quality standards pertaining to the task/subtask. Interfaces with customer personnel in work Performance. Demonstrates skills in the scope of work encompassed by the task/subtask; provides technical guidance to the task team in performance of the work; and provides quality review of all work products. Assists the PM by managing overall task order performance populations.
Essential Responsibilities:

• Serves as the primary liaison with the customer.
• On-site manager reporting to the Program Manager, responsible for operational and financial management of the subject task order.
• Ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction by quality performance support.
• Manages, controls and executes activities associated with the development of plans under the program contract to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations, including cost and quality.

Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in related Technology/Management field required. Five (5) years of demonstrated supervisory and management experience to include planning, deployment, resource allocation and report writing. Written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as producing quality reports.
 

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:
Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.

Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
