Leads end-to-end contract projects for hospitality, commercial, and residential clients. Develops project plans, coordinates quotes, invoices, sourcing, design, logistics, and order fulfillment, and maintains accurate project data. Partners closely with Sales and customers to achieve sales and delivery goals, build trust, solve problems, and drive successful outcomes. Requires strong communication, organization, customer service, technical systems, and spreadsheet skills, with occasional evening and weekend availability.

RH is seeking a Project Leader to partner directly with the Sales Team to support and grow the business. This work involves end to end project lifecycle management, building strong relationships with the RH Sales Team and customers to advance their projects and ultimately win. This position requires a high level of communication, collaboration and customer service as well as strong technical skills.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and Lead comprehensive end to end project plans that are shared both internally as well as with Clients
- Lead creation of quotes/invoices, and order fulfillment planning through strong communication with Sales, Design, Sourcing, and Logistics Leaders
- Retain loyal customers by building a rapport and developing trust through frequent communication
- Strong collaboration with the Sales Team to achieve sales goals as well as meet forecasted Demand and Shipped Sales goals
- Establish close relationships with partners to continually drive solutions that deliver positive results
- Ensures data accuracy through systems and project related communications
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum three years project management experience in the Contract (B2B) or related industry
- Excellent client facing and customer service skills, capable of relating to individuals at all levels
- Possesses initiative, process innovation, problem-solving, and decision-making quality with high attention to precision and accuracy at a task-specific level
- Proficient in multiple systems and spreadsheets, i.e.: CRM/SalesForce, MS Office Suite, Google Sheets
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
