Introduction:

Join our dedicated team as a Project Manager I, where you will be responsible for managing multiple large projects concurrently, with direct supervisory responsibilities for other staff members. ENTRUST Solutions Group supports Natural Gas Projects & Programs and is committed to executing high‑quality project delivery while supporting team development. In this role, you will focus on executing project plans, maintaining quality control systems, and ensuring performance metrics are met while contributing to strategic planning efforts under the guidance of the Director.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for managing multiple large natural gas projects concurrently while ensuring all required project measurements and performance indicators are met, including schedule performance, project budget performance, project profitability, client relationship and satisfaction, and project quality control. You will maintain, implement, and monitor quality control systems across assigned natural gas projects and forecast fee revenue on an ongoing monthly basis. The primary project focus will be on facility type projects including but not limited to meter and regulator stations, heaters, odorizers, launchers and receivers, mainline valves, RCVs and RMVs.

You will provide leadership and mentorship to team members, lead team meetings, resolve problems, address employee performance, handle complaints, and support training and continuous improvement. This role assists with identifying and scheduling training programs, developing strategic plans, and implementing programs to achieve strategic growth plans for the Business Unit and company. Additional responsibilities include identifying project resource needs, assisting in identifying key talent, preparing or assisting with proposals, participating in sales calls and client presentations, maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating across Business Units, and performing miscellaneous job-related duties as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or equivalent technical degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a utility industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing/leading engineering projects in a utility industry or engineering consulting firm as a senior project engineer or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Registration as a Professional Engineer
  • ISO Project Management Training
