Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish ensuring completion on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the point of contact for project management staff, subcontractors, building owners and managers, building engineers, architects, and more
• Generate detailed and accurate conceptual budgets from space plans, and/or renderings and/or scope notes
• Conduct meetings with clients, architects, and other partners to provide project updates
• Manage project life cycle including subcontractor negotiations and buyout, project scheduling, material procurement, RFI's, pencil draws, change order management, and project close out

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience
• Goal-oriented -- ability to react quickly to changing circumstances and still achieve the desired end results
• Calm and professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations
• Strong understanding of project cost analysis
• Experience with project management software is a plus (Procore, On-Screen Takeoff, Timberline, Salesforce, Microsoft Project)
