  • Prepare and deliver deal milestone reports and issue client notices at required deal stages
  • Escalate material issues to the TAAS Director
  • Partner with the Sr. Data Integration & Automation Manager to submit and track data transformation requests for each deal
  • Maintain accurate deal records, timelines, and status logs in the team's project management system
  • Contribute to process improvement and onboarding documentation as the team and automation tooling scale

  • Hands-on experience managing sensitive, high-volume data records across disparate systems and entity structures
  • Demonstrated experience standardizing, migrating, and reconciling data sets during organizational integration or transition
  • Experience building or refining operational playbooks and SOPs for scaling or integrating newly acquired entities
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing correspondence, with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with community association management (CAM), HOA operations, or property management
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
