Operations | Remote / Hybrid | Full-Time — $120,000 base + 8–10% performance bonus
The RoleThis Project Manager owns the full lifecycle of 4–5 concurrent small deals at any given time, serving as the primary point of contact for both sellers and clients from kickoff through closing. The role sits at the center of TCC's deal operations — coordinating communication, driving timelines, and partnering with the Data & Automation team to ensure every deal closes on time and on standard.
What You'll Do- Manage 4–5 active deals simultaneously on a rolling 60-day close cycle
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, delivering status updates, document requests, and closing notices
- Manage seller expectations and proactively resolve issues throughout the deal process
- Prepare and deliver deal milestone reports and issue client notices at required deal stages
- Escalate material issues to the TAAS Director
- Partner with the Sr. Data Integration & Automation Manager to submit and track data transformation requests for each deal
- Maintain accurate deal records, timelines, and status logs in the team's project management system
- Contribute to process improvement and onboarding documentation as the team and automation tooling scale
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For (Required)
- 5+ years of project management or operations experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across multiple entities simultaneously
- 3+ years of experience in rollup, tuck-in, or platform acquisition environments (M&A-driven scaling, entity integration)
- Hands-on experience managing sensitive, high-volume data records across disparate systems and entity structures
- Demonstrated experience standardizing, migrating, and reconciling data sets during organizational integration or transition
- Experience building or refining operational playbooks and SOPs for scaling or integrating newly acquired entities
- Proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing correspondence, with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Familiarity with community association management (CAM), HOA operations, or property management
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
