The Project Manager, Strategy & Transformation drives execution and delivery of enterprise-wide operational transformation initiatives within TreviPay’s Global Operations Center of Excellence. Partnering closely with the Manager and Senior Manager, Operations Strategy & Transformation, this role translates sponsored strategic initiatives into detailed project plans, timelines, and governance-ready deliverables, then leads the cross-functional execution required to bring them to life. The Project Manager combines disciplined program management with business analysis and change management to keep large, competing initiatives on track, manage risk, and ensure measurable business value is realized through process, technology, and organizational improvements. This role partners closely with Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, Finance, Customer Support, AR, Cash Management, Compliance, and Credit & Risk to drive modernization and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead execution and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional transformation and process improvement projects sponsored by Operational Excellence leadership.
• Translate sponsored strategic initiatives into detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resourcing plans.
• Manage multiple large-scale initiatives concurrently, balancing and prioritizing competing timelines and stakeholder demands.
• Maintain project governance artifacts — RAID logs, status reports, and portfolio tracking — and proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Partner with the Manager and Senior Manager, Operations Strategy & Transformation to shape business cases, success metrics, and delivery plans for originated initiatives.
• Lead process design, mapping, and optimization work to support initiative execution, evaluating end-to-end operational impact.
• Build KPIs, dashboards, business cases, and ROI analyses to track initiative progress and measure realized business value.
• Act as a change agent, facilitating stakeholder adoption of new processes, tools, and operating models through structured change management practices.
• Partner with IT and automation teams (AI, RPA, Data & Analytics) to implement technology-enabled process enhancements.
• Present project status, risks, and outcomes to Governance and senior leadership on a defined cadence.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.

• Strong project and program management skills; able to balance and prioritize multiple large-scale initiatives with competing priorities.
• Proficiency with project management and process improvement frameworks (Microsoft Project, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.).

• Executive-level communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills; able to gain buy-in across all levels without formal authority.
