What you will be doing:
• Support Category Merchants in developing and executing online category strategies that drive revenue, market share, and margin
• Provide category, customer, competitive, and market share analytics
• Execute merchandising initiatives and marketing programs for Quill.com
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Inventory, Pricing, and eCommerce teams
• Ensure item health through pricing policy adherence and site enhancements
• Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines
What You Bring to the Table:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage shifting deadlines
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
What’s Needed: Basic Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, analytics, marketing, or related functions
• Experience using data to inform business decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of online merchandising or eCommerce experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
