Content Program Manager - Tock
The Tock Marketing team is looking for a Content Program Manager. The Content Program Manager will be a part of the marketing organization, which values communicating the core benefits of the Tock platform to all its customers, driving new product adoption, and working to message, position, and go to market with Tock products and features.
You will report directly to the Director of Marketing and will be a full-time position located in Chicago.
You'll Get To...
- Partner with important partners across the organization to plan, scope, implement and concept content and webinar topics
- Create and develop a content roadmap that supports overarching company goals, cross-departmental purposes and serves as north star for paid programming, social content and B2B resources.
- This includes - identifying topics, developing content, scheduling and production of the event and post-event follow-up activities and communications
- This role will create, maintain and execute the content and webinar schedules
- They will develop and implement guidelines and protocols for conducting webinars
- Develop and concept all supporting content to promote and complement webinar programs and topics and develop a plan to share and promote supporting content
- Organize registration and follow-up communications for each webinar
- Develop benchmark criteria to measure the effectiveness of the webinar and supporting content programs and implement improvements as required; use data to inform topics and improvement opportunity identification
- Manage program reporting and performance tracking
- Manage prioritization, timelines, work streams, and be able to form a strong POV on each of them
- Develop and manage webinar program ROS to distribute to key stakeholders and participating parties
- Become an expert in SaaS in order to come up with unique and interesting topics for each virtual event
- Record webinar sessions and edit audio for on-demand webinars.
- Work closely with marketing to ensure the successful promotion of all webinars
- Distribute presentations and content across a variety of channels (Online, Offline and on social media)
- Follow up with webinar attendees and send gifts as applicable
- Review presentation materials and offer feedback to speakers
Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years of webinar management experience
- 3+ years of content development experience
- You have hospitality industry experience
- You have experience in Webinar management and with webinar production from conception to implementation
- You have experience partnering cross-functionally to guide strategy
- You can grow out a new program from start to finish
- You have experience with go-to-market, product marketing at a SaaS company

Cash Compensation Range: $97,000 - $174,500 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Tock employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
