Provider Success Manager (Contractor)
Turn Referrals Into Impact
Manatee is a virtual mental health clinic for kids and families. We partner with pediatricians, partners and health systems to connect families to care, fast. As a Provider Success Manager, you’ll be the engine behind that connection. This is a remote, flexible 1099 role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, goal oriented and mission-driven environment.
- Own the Referral Flow: Track incoming referrals, reach out to families, and guide them into care—quickly and compassionately.
- Be the Face of Manatee: Communicate with referring providers, build trust, and send updates that keep them coming back.
- Own the Referral Partner Lifecycle: Convert a physician's first referral into an ongoing partnership, proactively re-engage partners who have gone quiet and gather data to help understand what got in the way.
- Keep it Moving: Manage follow-ups, respond to questions, and ensure every family receives timely support. Partner with the Family Care Team to provide follow-up outreach, provider support, and care coordination coverage.
- Spot the Gaps: Help us improve processes and boost referral conversion.
- 2+ years in care coordination, medical admin, or customer success—ideally in pediatrics or behavioral health
- Warm, clear communicator (especially on the phone)
- Obsessed with follow-through and documentation
- Comfortable juggling multiple systems (CRM, EHR, email, etc.)
- Able to work independently and hit daily targets
- Mission: We make care happen for families who need it most.
- Remote & Flexible: Work from anywhere, on your schedule.
- Scale What Works: Be part of a fast-growing, referral-first model that’s already trusted by hundreds of pediatric practices.
- Real Impact: Your work connects families to life-changing care, often in under 2 days.
