PS Advisory Services Consultant (Non-Technical)

About your role:

As a PS Advisory Services Consultant (Non-Technical), you will support client implementations for the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Outsourcing utility from Fiserv. You will work with clients, implementation teams and the Outsourcing Support team to gather requirements, support conversion activities, deliver training and transition implementation details. Your work helps clients adopt ACH processing capabilities with clear requirements, effective testing and operational readiness.

What you'll do:

  • Analyze client conversion requirements for the ACH Outsourcing utility and document implementation requirements for client review and sign-off.
  • Consult with clients before, during and after conversion to define procedures, resolve implementation questions and support operational readiness.
  • Interpret client systems, workflows and conversion data to support data balancing, requirement validation and implementation planning.
  • Train clients on system functionality, online terminal use and daily application balancing procedures.
  • Support client User Acceptance Testing (UAT), application questions and production support activities during implementation.
  • Communicate implementation progress, risks and issues to internal stakeholders for awareness, resolution and follow-up.
  • Present product demonstrations as needed and identify process improvements that support implementation quality.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in financial services supporting client implementations, conversion projects or software integration projects.
  • 6+ years of experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) operations, ACH processing workflows and Nacha Operating Rules.
  • 6+ years of experience using PEP+® from Fiserv or a comparable ACH processing platform for transaction processing, balancing or client support.
  • 6+ years of experience documenting client requirements, interpreting workflows, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and transitioning requirements to support teams.
  • 6+ years of experience applying Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) delivery methods, including Agile, iterative, incremental or Waterfall models, in client implementation environments.
  • 6+ years of experience working with third-party systems during financial services implementations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience presenting product demonstrations to financial institution clients.
  • Experience identifying process improvements for implementation, conversion or client support workflows.
  • Experience supporting outsourced payments operations.

How you'll work:

  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Travel: This role requires occasional travel (up to 10%).

Salary Range

$78,000.00-$115,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Virginia and Maine. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company’s sole discretion.
