As an Industry Solutions Director in the Public Sector Product Team, you leverage deep industry and product expertise to deliver tailored solutions for prospects and clients. You partner closely with Sales to define, configure, and execute complex solutions for key client relationships and strategic opportunities. Using a consultative approach, you engage Public Sector decision-makers to address business challenges and drive meaningful outcomes. You serve as a trusted advisor, differentiating the firm’s offerings through your knowledge of treasury, payments, and industry-specific capabilities. In this role, you act as the voice of the customer by identifying client needs and translating feedback into actionable insights for Product teams to shape the strategic roadmap.


Job responsibilities

  • Partner with clients in consulting engagements to assess current processes, challenges, and strategic priorities, delivering tailored treasury and product solutions
  • Leverage deep industry and product expertise to design, develop, and continuously refine strategies and solutions for complex clients and prospects, in close collaboration with Banking and Treasury Officers
  • Lead solutioning and drive adoption of existing and emerging client-facing products by defining and configuring optimal solutions aligned to client needs and objectives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across a defined set of capabilities, providing insights on market trends, client demands, and industry developments, while contributing to thought leadership
  • Collaborate with Sales on account planning, pricing, and pipeline management, while supporting team upskilling through training and development of product collateral
  • Engage directly with client teams to understand pain points, refine solutions, and communicate actionable feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic roadmap
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance product offerings and drive scalable, repeatable solutions across Payments and Global Public Sector Banking

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of experience solutioning within a specific industry or across a broad suite of related products
  • Proven experience working with complex clients to design and deliver tailored strategies using a consultative sales approach
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, strengthen, and maintain client relationships
  • Strong track record of delivering value within highly matrixed and complex organizations
  • Extensive experience managing full sales cycles and engaging clients throughout the process
  • Ability to adapt and customize preconfigured solutions to address complex business needs
  • Prior experience navigating and succeeding in highly matrixed environments

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Practitioner experience or consulting background with the respective industry covered
  • Multilingual written and verbal proficiency, preferred
