The role of a Quality Assurance Specialist is crucial in ensuring that products and services meet the highest quality standards, providing customers with reliable and satisfactory outcomes. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, attention to detail, leadership, and effective communication skills to maintain and enhance quality across all stages of production and service delivery.
Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in a production, quality assurance, or manufacturing environment, including experience managing teams of 50+ associates. Strong organizational skills, email communication, and data entry experience are required to support reporting, training, and daily operational tasks.
1st Shift - 8:00am-4:30pm (Peak Schedule Varies)
Preferred Qualifications
- Understand the concept of "Gift Wrap" quality
- Able to support and train team members when needed
- 2+ years of leadership or production experience preferred
- Experience managing 50+ associates
- Experience with email communication and data entry
- Bilingual is a plus
- Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Must be able to work weekends (peak season)
- Must be able to work 2nd shift (peak season)
- Microsoft Word/Excel proficiency required
The expected hourly pay range for this position is $23 to $28 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
