Job Summary & Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure that products, services, and processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee quality control processes throughout the production cycle to ensure compliance.
  • Identify areas for quality improvement in manufacturing processes, service delivery, and operational workflows.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize processes, improve product consistency, and reduce defects.
  • Conduct regular internal quality audits to evaluate compliance with established standards.
  • Investigate and address quality issues, including customer complaints and non-conformities. Perform root cause analysis to identify the source of quality problems.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to eliminate quality-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and audit findings.
  • Lead, supervise, and train quality assurance and quality control personnel. Conduct training sessions for employees on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Work with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for raw materials and components. Conduct supplier audits to assess compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address any customer quality concerns.
  • Ensure that quality management systems align with customer requirements and expectations.

Education and Training:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality Manager Role

3 years of QMS with ISO experience preferred

Physical Demands:

  • Sitting for long periods of time

Pay & Benefits

 

  • Job Type: Full time
  • Compensation:  $65,000 - $ 85,000

Pay Range

$61,000 to$68,000
