Ursa Major is seeking a part-time receptionist for our Longmont office.

Job Expectations

  • Perform front desk operations from 7am – 12 pm daily with some flexibility according to company events
  • Greeting all visitors and assist with sign in, ID verification, and other measures to comply with government regulations and security initiatives in coordination with the Ursa Major Legal team.
  • Assist the Office Coordinator with tasks as required
  • Manage Envoy for Longmont Ursa Major, including visitor check-in and check-out, planning requirements, new hires, and screening requirements
  • Assist in event planning for the Longmont office.
  • Manage badging for employees, employees, contractors, visitors, and foreign visitors 
  • Tend to the physical mailbox at the Longmont site
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and snacks

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional administrative experience in an office setting
  • Excellent record keeping skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs

Preferred / Additional Skills

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously
  • Basic data analysis and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of visitor management software

Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $20.31 - $22.19/hour determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. What we can’t quantify for you are the exciting challenges, supportive team, and amazing culture we enjoy. 

Classification: Part-time Non-exempt -- As a Part-time employee, you will not be eligible for benefits.
