Title: Receptionist
Rate of Pay: $17.00 per hour + benefits and perks
Status: Non-Exempt, PRN (As-needed)
Sedgebrook Senior Living is seeking a friendly, hospitality-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. This role provides front desk coverage on an as-needed basis, including PTO coverage, weekends, holidays, and other staffing needs.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Maintain visitor logs and issue badges
- Perform filing, scanning, data entry, and general office support
- Create flyers, notices, and newsletters using Canva
- Support emergency communication and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Basic Canva experience
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
