Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to become an expert in real estate documentation? We’re looking for a Recording Document Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely submission of real estate documents on behalf of our valued clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a trusted leader in the industry and make a significant impact in the dynamic world of real estate recording.

This position requires a minimum of 2+ years of real estate recording experience.

**Required work hours - 8:00am - 5:00pm Pacific**

What You’ll Do:

As a Recording Document Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things related to real property documents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Document Review & Preparation: Examine real estate documents to ensure compliance with county-specific requirements and government codes.

  • Research & Accuracy: Leverage online county indexes to gather and verify critical information.

  • Client Support: Be the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing expert guidance and timely resolutions.

  • Tracking & Reporting: Manage document modifications, track communications, and handle basic accounting and fee reconciliation for daily submissions.

  • Collaborative Leadership: Share your industry expertise by providing training and support to colleagues.

  • Knowledge & Skills: Familiarity with real estate documents, title insurance, or escrow functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

The estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work. Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate may include, but are not limited to, education, training or experience; seniority; merit and work performance; quantity or quality of production; regional differences in compensation; differences in local minimum wages, or ability and effort.

Position's Pay Range:

$20 - $24/hour
