Qualifications

What you'll be doing

The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role manages the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for...

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for multiple roles across various departments

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop customized sourcing strategies

  • Write and post job descriptions on internal and external job boards

  • Source candidates through online platforms, social media, networking events, and employee referrals

  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews

  • Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and guidance throughout the hiring process

  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates in collaboration with HR and department leaders

  • Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance rates

  • Participate in career fairs, industry events, and employer branding initiatives

  • Stay informed on employment laws, recruitment trends, and market data

 

What skills & experience you'll bring to us

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1–3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS) and LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume recruiting environment

  • Familiarity with employment law and HR best practices
