Provide primary onsite IT support: handle tickets via SolarWinds Service Desk, troubleshoot Windows devices, printers, Teams phones, and basic networking, support Dynamics 365 Sales CRM (including Experlogix CPQ), configure new hires' hardware/software, maintain asset inventory, and collaborate with remote IT staff for escalations and standards enforcement.

Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and on schedule. Verify billing data, resolve discrepancies, support Project Accounting and Operations, maintain documentation, track invoice status, assist with reporting, audits, and process improvements to support Accounts Receivable and cash flow.

Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for hourly, non-exempt crew roles: source, screen, schedule interviews, maintain ATS, extend offers, report metrics, and represent employer at hiring events.

Own national business development for Rose Paving by hunting new accounts, building relationships with key decision-makers, driving revenue growth, preparing estimates and bids, tracking pipeline and KPIs, consulting with customers and subcontractors, and coordinating with field and administrative teams.

Prepare and process accurate customer invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, maintain billing records, support Project Accounting and Operations, track invoice status, assist customers and regional teams, and support reporting, audits, and process improvements to ensure timely cash flow and billing compliance.

Lead and operate enterprise IT infrastructure across Azure and Microsoft 365, endpoints, networking, voice, backup, and monitoring. Manage and mentor infrastructure and support teams, drive identity and provisioning processes, support security/compliance, and deliver modernization and automation projects while owning incident escalation and service delivery.

Lead strategic relationships with national, multi-site clients to drive revenue growth, manage contract negotiations and renewals, coordinate cross-functional teams, identify expansion opportunities, monitor account metrics, and represent the company at client meetings and trade shows. Ensure client satisfaction and execute account plans aligned with company capabilities and market trends.
