Manages the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client relationship development, pricing negotiations, estimates, bids, order acquisition, and follow-through. Analyzes construction documents and blueprints to prepare time, cost, labor, and materials estimates. Conducts job-site visits for quality control, collaborates with project managers and customers, and manages sales goals and business development plans.

Lead and operate enterprise IT infrastructure across Azure and Microsoft 365, endpoints, networking, voice, backup, and monitoring. Manage and mentor infrastructure and support teams, drive identity and provisioning processes, support security/compliance, and deliver modernization and automation projects while owning incident escalation and service delivery.

Own national business development for Rose Paving by hunting new accounts, building relationships with key decision-makers, driving revenue growth, preparing estimates and bids, tracking pipeline and KPIs, consulting with customers and subcontractors, and coordinating with field and administrative teams.

Own and administer Rose Paving's travel, corporate card, and expense ecosystem. Manage Divvy/Concur configurations, approval hierarchies, and audits; oversee lodging and vendor relationships; develop and enforce T&E policies; design integrations and automated workflows; provide spend reporting and analytics; drive process improvements and cross-functional alignment.
