Strategic Recruiting & Sourcing
As a Recruiting Senior Associate, you will manage multiple recruiting priorities while delivering consistent, high‑quality outcomes. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and measuring customized recruiting and sourcing strategies with varying skill requirements, executing targeted sourcing campaigns, and proactively engaging passive talent. Leveraging Huron’s internal network to maximize employee referrals and supporting recruiting initiatives and projects as directed by Talent Acquisition leadership are also key components of the role.
Client Relationship Management
In partnership with business leaders, you will serve as a trusted advisor by developing a strong understanding of client business needs and talent priorities. The role involves providing regular, data‑driven updates on recruiting activity, progress, and market insights, while establishing collaborative relationships with HR, Operations, Compensation, and Resource Management.
As a Recruiting Senior Associate, you will manage a full‑cycle, end‑to‑end recruiting process that aligns with client expectations and hiring needs. You will partner closely with Recruiting Coordinators to ensure seamless interview scheduling, logistics, and provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding. You will also be accountable for maintaining compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and all Huron policies, as well as adhering to established service level agreements.
Talent Assessment
Using Huron’s interview framework, you will assess candidate qualifications and overall fit. The role includes conducting recruiter assessments, delivering clear and well‑written evaluation summaries, and partnering with clients and HR to monitor quality of hire and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, from early career through executive roles
- Demonstrated experience exercising professionalism, sound judgment, and adaptability while communicating effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast pace and
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), ATS platforms (e.g., Workforce), LinkedIn, and advanced sourcing techniques
The estimated base salary range for this role is $85,000–$115,000, with total estimated compensation of $97,750–$132,250 including incentive eligibility. Compensation varies based on experience, skills, market factors, and business needs. This role is also eligible for Huron’s comprehensive benefits programs.
