Role
We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to support our Growth team in Miami. This person will own the full recruitment funnel for our advisor sales organization, from first contact to onboarding, ensuring fast follow-up, high conversion, and strong activation of new hires. This is a high-volume, high-velocity role where your follow-through directly drives how quickly we grow our advisor network.
This is an in-person position based out of our Miami office in Wynwood.
Responsibilities
- Engage inbound candidates across WhatsApp, SMS, phone, and Google Forms,
- Book candidates into training quickly and keep momentum through the funnel
- Monitor training attendance, follow up with no-shows, and re-engage inactive leads
- Manage advisor contracting (1099/W2 equivalent process) and onboarding logistics
- Ensure new hires complete setup in Team App, TalentLMS, and Boards
- Track funnel performance and report weekly on key metrics
- Gather feedback from candidates who decline to refine our outreach and positioning
- Proactively recruit in target regions when pipeline needs a boost
- Maintain structured tracking in Google Sheets
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, sales coordination, or high-volume follow-up roles.
- Experience working with funnels, lead tracking, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM systems.
- Comfortable handling WhatsApp-based communication at scale.
- Highly organized and process-driven.
- Strong follow-up discipline (no leads left behind).
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking KPIs.
- Clear written and spoken communication in Spanish and English.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Drive, WhatsApp Business, Calendly, Slack.
- Strong ability to detect patterns in candidate drop-off paired with an analytical mindset.
