Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conducting face-to-face meetings with existing and potential dentists in the field to offer service
- Nurturing relationships with current dentists by initiating regular meetings with them, within current territory (Lunch and Learn)
- Monitoring the company’s competitors, market trends to understand and adjust the strategy to gain more referrals.
- Create and monitor a pipeline with existing and future leads
- Report on the territory and new dentists and current referral base
- Relationship building with dentists through holiday gifts and email campaigns
- Sharing digital information via social media outlets to current and potential dentists
- Support our doctors in building a relationship with referring and new dentists
- Recaps, reporting, agendas, and timelines to direct manager
- Produces research and competitive analysis
Requirements
- High School or equivalent (GED)
- Previous dental customer service experience preferred
- Client services experience preferred
- Creative and Organized
- Community Outreach (1 year preferred)
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients
- Strong Speaking Skills
- Driver’s License
Working Hours/Location
- Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM must be flexible
- Occasional Saturdays
- Some Holidays
- Location is in the field will be traveling 95% of the job
- Reporting base location: 1700 W Higgins Rd, Suite 320 , Des Plaines IL, 60018
