We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Commercial Manager to lead and grow the Water Solutions business across ASEAN region.
This role owns regional revenue and profitability outcomes, drives market expansion across priority segments, and leads a geographically distributed commercial team to deliver sustainable and profitable growth. The RCM partners closely with marketing, technology, and global functions to translate strategy into disciplined execution across the region.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the ASEAN commercial organization to achieve annual revenue, margin, and growth targets across all Water Solutions market segments and technologies.
Translate regional and global strategies into actionable country-level commercial plans with clear priorities, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
Manage regional forecasting, pipeline discipline, and business review cadence to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely corrective actions.
Identify and develop growth opportunities across key end markets, applications, and customer segments, including strategic OEMs, distributors, and major end users.
Drive new business development through value-based selling, differentiated application positioning, and promotion of innovation and technology-led solutions.
Lead, coach, and develop a diverse regional commercial team, fostering a performance-driven culture with strong accountability and collaboration.
Partner with marketing, technical, operations, and global product teams to align on regional priorities, customer needs, and execution plans.
Ensure disciplined use of commercial systems such as Salesforce and adherence to internal processes to support consistency and scalability across the region.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in B2B commercial management, sales leadership, or business development within the water treatment, industrial solutions industry, or related sectors.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing commercial operations across multiple countries in the ASEAN region.
Strong understanding of water filtration technologies, applications, and market dynamics—such as ultrafiltration membranes, reverse osmosis/nanofiltration membranes, ion exchange resins, and membrane bioreactor systems—is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, negotiate complex deals, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in additional ASEAN languages is a significant advantage.
Ability to travel within the ASEAN region as required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed business decisions.
Proficient in CRM software - Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
