Regional Director of Sales & Operations

We’re looking for a Regional Director of Sales who knows how to turn strategy into execution. This leader will oversee a portfolio of European Wax Center locations and be accountable for sales performance, operational excellence, leadership development, and the overall health of the business across their region.

This is a highly visible, field-based leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment and knows how to lead through people—not simply manage numbers.

The Opportunity

As Regional Director of Sales, you’ll operate as the business leader for your region, translating company strategy into center-level execution.

You’ll lead and develop a team of Center Sales Directors, creating the accountability, coaching, and operating rhythm necessary to consistently deliver results.

You’ll have a pulse on the business—from sales conversion and guest retention to Wax Pass performance, retail sales, staffing, and center-level execution—and know when to coach, challenge, recognize, and course-correct,

What You'll Own Sales + Business Performance
  • Own the overall sales and financial performance of your assigned region.
  • Drive achievement of center and regional goals across key performance indicators, including service sales, Wax Pass sales, retail product sales, guest acquisition, retention, and rebooking.
  • Analyze center-level performance and identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable strategies that improve results.
  • Establish consistent performance expectations and accountability across the region.
  • Partner with Center Sales Directors to develop targeted action plans for underperforming centers.
  • Recognize high-performing centers and leverage best practices across the broader region.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of local market dynamics and identify opportunities to increase market share.
Leadership + Talent Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Center Sales Directors, creating a strong bench of high-performing leaders.
  • Set clear expectations and hold leaders accountable for both results and behaviors.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, center visits, coaching sessions, and performance conversations.
  • Identify high-potential talent and create meaningful development and succession opportunities.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to attract, select, develop, and retain exceptional talent.
  • Build a culture centered around performance, accountability, recognition, and growth.
  • Address performance concerns quickly and consistently while maintaining a people-first leadership approach.
  • Create strong succession pipelines for critical field leadership positions.
Guest Experience + Brand Excellence
  • Champion the European Wax Center guest experience across every center within the region.
  • Ensure teams consistently deliver an elevated, welcoming, and results-driven guest experience.
  • Monitor guest feedback and partner with center leadership to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Reinforce brand standards and ensure consistent execution across locations.
  • Create an environment where teams understand the connection between exceptional service, guest loyalty, and business performance.
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain visibility into the day-to-day health of each center and ensure consistent execution of company standards.
  • Partner with Center Sales Directors to optimize staffing, scheduling, productivity, and center operations.
  • Identify operational barriers impacting sales, team performance, or the guest experience and drive solutions.
  • Ensure centers maintain strong standards around compliance, cleanliness, safety, inventory, and overall presentation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, Training, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to execute company initiatives.
  • Lead through periods of growth, organizational change, and evolving business priorities.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive multi-unit retail, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or service-based leadership experience with experience managing multi-million dollar markets. 
  • Proven experience leading and developing field employees. 
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales and performance goals.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and translate data into action.
  • Experience managing a geographically dispersed portfolio of locations.
  • Strong coaching, performance management, and talent development capabilities.
  • Experience building succession plans and developing high-potential leaders.
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving organization with competing priorities.
  • Strong communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on field execution.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
