CoStar Realty Information Inc. seeks Regional Director in Miami, FL

Job Duties: CoStar Realty Information, Inc. seeks a Regional Director, under the supervision of a Regional Vice President, to identify and develop business development strategies to grow market revenue, and to meet or exceed annual sales growth targets. Provide sales team with client and product trainings to enhance skills and meet CoStar’s standards for client service. Coordinate team performance by driving weekly activities, deliverables, and performance. Develop individual and team performance targets that align with overall business goals. Meet with potential clients and existing customers. Up to 20% domestic travel required.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field plus five years of progressively responsible experience with sales process coordination.

Special Skill Requirements: Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience with GoSell Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; 5 years of experience with sales forecasting and sales planning; 5 years of experience with utilizing MS Suite tool, including MS Excel and MS Access, to combine and manipulate disparate data sets for analyzing performance and regional business decisioning; 5 years of experience coordinating a high-performing sales team; 5 years of experience working in a matrixed sales environment; 5 years of experience optimizing the sales process, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of SaaS-based sales strategies; 3 years of experience with PowerBI to pull and analyze key sales metrics and progress reporting at the region, market, and individual contributor level; and 3 years of experience with utilizing Tableau and similar intelligence platforms to pull and analyze various analytic data sets.
