Role:
The Regional Director will oversee four regional managers who collectively run approximately 100 clinics within the Nations Hearing footprint inside Sam’s Club locations.
The Regional Director will be responsible for ensuring regional operations run efficiently in strict compliance with corporate standard operating procedures, while driving revenue, increasing hearing aid units, and delivering an exceptional patient experience with quality outcomes.
This role will be responsible for leading one of the four defined regions: Atlantic, Southeast, Midwest, or West.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and coach four regional managers to achieve regional goals and maintain consistent operational excellence across all clinics.
- Ensure adherence to corporate SOPs, policies, and brand standards across the region.
- Monitor and optimize clinic staffing to ensure appropriate coverage, training, and performance.
- Drive regional revenue growth and increase hearing aid units through effective sales strategies, staff development, and performance management.
- Oversee patient experience initiatives to ensure high satisfaction, strong clinical outcomes, and timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to implement new programs, tools, and process improvements.
- Analyze regional performance metrics, develop action plans, and report results to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and patient-centric care.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the region.
- Ensure operational consistency across clinics, including store-level procedures, merchandising, and patient flow.
- Address escalated issues across clinics, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care concerns.
Requirements:
- Industry experience in hearing care, retail healthcare, or related fields preferred.
- Management experience preferred; proven ability to lead and develop multiple site leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop regional managers and large numbers of clinics
- Strong understanding of standard operating procedures and compliance requirements.
- Track record of driving revenue growth and unit sales while maintaining high-quality patient outcomes.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to challenge the status quo as an industry disruptor.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and change-management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into action.
- Ability to travel as required to oversee clinics and support regional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in corporate governance, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with headquarters.
- Demonstrated success in improving patient experience and clinical outcomes
