Our Newest Opportunity:

OneDigital is hiring a Regional Growth Marketing Specialist to support our West Region Growth Marketing team. This role is for a B2B marketer who understands how marketing supports sales—from paid demand generation to RFPs and presentation decks—and who can execute high-quality work in-house.

This is a hands-on role. You will work directly with producers on live opportunities while also executing paid and owned campaign assets that drive pipeline.

Our Newest Opportunity:

Support sales-led growth opportunities

  • Partner directly with producers on live pursuits, including RFP responses, pitch decks, and finalist presentations

  • Translate complex consulting and benefits concepts into clear, persuasive messaging that positions OneDigital’s value and differentiation

  • Apply judgment on what matters most to each prospect—this role requires strong prioritization and business context

  • Triage and manage inbound leads in D365 to support efficient producer follow-up and pipeline progression.

Own RFP and pitch execution

  • Build polished, well-structured PowerPoint decks (storyline, formatting, visuals—not just slides filled with text)

  • Contribute to and maintain RFP response content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current offerings and positioning

  • Customize responses thoughtfully rather than relying on generic or templated language

Execute digital and campaign work in-house

  • Execute campaigns directly in HubSpot and Optimizely (emails, landing pages, forms, basic automation)

  • Design and write LinkedIn ads, campaign graphics, and sales enablement assets internally (no agency handoffs)

  • Optimize landing pages and messaging based on performance and funnel stage (Hubspot and Optimizely experience preferred)

Collaborate across teams

  • Work closely with the Regional Director of Growth Marketing, Sales Ops, and producers

  • Coordinate with national marketing to adapt enterprise strategies for regional needs

  • Support regional brand and enablement initiatives with a strong point of view on messaging and execution

The ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience (professional services or Insurance/Financial Services a plus)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field of study

  • High level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva; expert PowerPoint.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar Marketing Automation tool), Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar CRM), and project management tools (Monday.com/Asana).

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns, projects, etc., simultaneously

  • Familiarity with paid media execution/optimization (Google/LinkedIn) and UTM discipline.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Collaborative, resourceful, and data-curious—comfortable making recommendations from insights.

  • Growth mindset: seeks feedback, learns quickly, and raises the bar.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.  We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
