We’re seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Regional Sales Director to lead revenue growth, expand market presence, and build a high-performing sales organization for the Austin metropolitan area. This role is responsible for setting regional strategy, driving execution, and developing talent to consistently exceed performance goals. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can translate market opportunities into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to reach or exceed territory growth and revenue expectations.
  • Works with Sales Representatives in the field to assess and develop their selling and territory management capabilities.
  • Develops and implements organization's sales policies and procedures, products and/or services.
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
  • Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  • Assigns sales territory to sales representatives.
  • Represents company at trade association meetings to promote products and services offered.
  • Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
  • Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.  
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Recommends and approves budget and expenditures for sales.
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Communicates directly with new and existing customers or clients to help grow base of business through up-selling, new lead generation, referrals, and by explaining features and merits of products or services offered. 
  • Demonstrates or articulates details about our product or services and provides assistance in the best application of products or services.
  • Answers all questions concerning a product or service, with appropriate coordination of sales negotiations where required.
  • Analyzes and interprets records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred for management.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience (healthcare industry preferred)
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams
