Your mission in the Advertising team:

At TouchTunes, your work matters. We are seeking 3 strategic, high-performing Regional Sales Executives to join our growing Advertising team and help drive revenue across their assigned territories.

Our digital out-of-home (DOOH) and mobile network reaches consumers where they actually spend their downtime: bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues across the country. As the Regional Sales Executive, you’ll identify opportunities, shape the pitch, close the deal, and grow the account. This role is for someone who loves the art of the close and knows how to show brands and agencies why our screens beat other banner ads in the room.

Your day-to-day:

  • Drive advertising revenue across your assigned region, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new business with national and regional brands, independent agencies, and agency holding companies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including brand marketers, media planners, and buyers, to drive repeat spend
  • Develop tailored proposals and media plans that connect client objectives to TouchTunes’ audience, venue footprint, and campaign capabilities
  • Partner with Ad Operations, Programmatic, and Demand Generation to move deals from qualified lead through campaign launch and renewal, and support account growth and expansion opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account activity in our CRM
  • Travel within your territory for client meetings, agency presentations, and industry events

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of media or advertising sales experience, ideally within digital advertising
  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in a quota-carrying role
  • Established relationships with agencies and brand-side buyers in your region
  • A strong consultative selling and negotiation style, comfortable leading conversations with senior marketing and media stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of the media buying process, including RFPs, IOs, and campaign measurement; familiarity with programmatic is a plus
  • Experience managing pipeline and forecasting in a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Self-directed and highly organized, able to manage a territory independently whether you’re in the office or remote
  • Willingness to travel regularly within your region
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
