Location: Remote + in-person within assigned territory (state or multi-state region)
My Sports Dietitian, Inc. powers the Eat 2 Win Nutrition App and sells SportsNutriPros, the SaaS “app management” platform that schools, colleges, clinics, and performance organizations use to deliver nutrition programming at scale—including Team Programs like Bulk Up, CORE, FLARE, and more.
We’re hiring an independent sales professional who can build relationships, book demos, drive free trials, and close new subscriptions in a defined territory—while maintaining high standards of integrity, professionalism, and brand representation.
New Sales
Territory Development
Own a defined region (state or group of states) with a 90-day exclusive ramp period.
Develop local presence through relationships with coaches, athletic staff, performance leaders, and clinic owners.
Attend and leverage relevant events (optional; independent contractors cover their own expenses unless pre-approved).
Renewals / Continuations
Support renewal conversations for accounts you close and keep healthy relationships with assigned accounts.
Sales Operations & Standards
Use company-approved pricing, messaging, and materials—no unapproved discounts or promises.
Track pipeline activity and outcomes in the tracking system provided (CRM access is earned after performance).
Participate in weekly virtual sales training/call review.

We move fast and support reps who execute. Expect a 2–4 week ramp to go fully solo.
Days 2–4: complete learning modules + pass Product/Pricing Certification + submit a 3-minute pitch video
Days 5–21: Role play + mock demo pass; complete at least one co-hosted live demo with the Sales Director; drive trials and closes
Training is virtual, structured, and designed to get you producing revenue quickly.
Requirements
Proven professional experience in sales, business development, or revenue generation (commission-only mindset required).
Strong communication and follow-up discipline (you can run a sales pipeline).
Comfortable conducting demos and closing business via Zoom/phone and in-person.
Ability to build relationships with athletic and health performance stakeholders.
High integrity: uses approved pricing, avoids exaggerated claims, and represents the brand professionally.
Willingness to attend weekly virtual sales training/call review (strongly encouraged).
Strength & Conditioning Specialist / Strength Coach
Athletic Trainer (ATC)
Dietitian / Sports Dietitian (RDN/CSSD)
Coach (HS/club/college)
Reliable internet, phone, and computer.
Comfortable using basic systems (scheduling links, shared trackers, video calls).
Organized: you consistently update lead status, next steps, and follow-ups.
Benefits
Commission structure (paid on collected revenue)
20% commission on new sales and renewals.
Commission is subject to a 30-day refund/chargeback hold
Paid monthly, within 15 days after month-end (based on collected revenue)
To help you ramp quickly, MSD offers a milestone-based training stipend (up to $1,000 total), paid only when milestones are completed:
Product/Pricing Certification passed with all assignments completed
First co-hosted demo completed
Activity milestone achieved (meetings/demos)
First trial started or first paid close collected
(Details provided during onboarding; stipend is for completion of milestones, not hours worked.)
Sales enablement kit: decks, scripts, email templates, pricing sheet, and prospecting starters
Weekly sales training + call review (virtual)
Sales Director coaching: mock demo and co-hosted demo support
CRM seat and company email are provided
Work remotely and schedule in-person meetings in your territory as you choose.
Performance-based outcomes; no hourly schedule.
