Regional Vice President of Sales, Patcraft Commercial Flooring

The Regional Vice President of Sales, Patcraft Commercial Flooring, develops and leads the regional sales strategy to deliver Commercial Division and Patcraft brand objectives and growth goals across Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee. This leader is accountable for driving profitable growth, increasing market share, and building a high-performing sales organization capable of winning in highly competitive markets.


Central to the role is coaching and developing Account Executives, creating clear priorities, establishing accountability, and translating strategy into action. With a strong bias for action and results, the Regional Vice President leads the team to capitalize on market opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and consistently achieve territory, regional, and divisional goals.


Preferred candidate location is the Atlanta metro market. We will also consider candidates located within the Nashville, TN and Columbia, SC metro markets, as well as other qualified locations within the assigned region. Candidates must reside within the region and demonstrate strong market knowledge and customer connectivity across Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

  • Develop and lead a regional sales strategy aligned with Commercial Division and Patcraft objectives, translating broader goals into clear market priorities and actions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, creating clear expectations, accountability, and a strong performance culture.
  • Identify and activate growth opportunities across markets, segments, customers, and channels to increase sales and expand market share.
  • Establish clear goals and priorities for Account Executives, measure performance, and take action to keep the region on track to deliver results.
  • Maintain a strong bias for action, moving quickly from strategy to execution and creating urgency around the opportunities that matter most.
  • Spend meaningful time in the market with Account Executives, providing real-time coaching, feedback, and development that improves sales effectiveness.
  • Build strong customer relationships and actively engage with end users, A&D firms, dealers, and other key market partners to advance opportunities and strengthen Patcraft's position.
  • Analyze sales performance, market conditions, and competitive activity to identify gaps, anticipate opportunities, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Develop focused strategies for priority accounts, major projects, and high-opportunity markets, ensuring the right resources and sales focus are aligned to win.
  • Foster collaboration, adaptability, and communication across the sales team and broader Commercial organization to leverage resources, remove barriers, and accelerate results.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent while building bench strength and future leadership capability.
  • Effectively manage regional resources, including sales budgets, account assignments, and territory coverage, to maximize growth and market potential.
  • Ensure consistent execution of key Commercial Division and Patcraft strategies, programs, processes, and initiatives.
  • Represent Patcraft with customers and industry partners, helping the team build relationships, create preference, and win in highly competitive markets.
  • Serve as a collaborative and influential leader supporting the Southeast Division, the Patcraft brand, and Shaw Industries enterprise objectives.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of sales experience or equivalent business experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence performance, and drive business results.
  • Must reside within the assigned region of Georgia, South Carolina, or Tennessee.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationships within the region.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the territory and spend nights away from home when necessary.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Strong communication, coaching, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Commercial interiors industry experience.
  • Commercial flooring industry experience.
  • Previous sales leadership experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experience coaching and developing Account Executives or outside sales professionals.
  • Established relationships within the A&D, end-user, dealer, healthcare, workplace, education, or government segments.
  • Four-year college degree.
  • Experience leading through change and driving profitable growth across multiple markets.
