Remarketing Coordinator
JOB OVERVIEW
The Vehicle Remarketing Coordinator will optimize the remarketing of Wheels units through the processing of Personal and Direct Sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute Lessee Sales and Direct Sales.
- Execute process for customer sale proceeds.
- Management of incoming funds and documents from Buyers.
- Completion of Legal documents and Titles to Buyers required to conclude the sale.
- Monitor various client Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure they are being met.
- Manage exception clients that require processes outside of our standard SOP.
- Monitor inventory for the timely sale of units.
- Title Care Case follow-up for missing titles coordinate with License & Title Department
- Enter vehicle terminations in the system.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails from Clients, Driver and Dealers.
- Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Follow department SOP’s.
- Respond to special requests from clients.
- Follow-up with Service Cloud cases
- Other duties as assigned
- SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
- Excellent attention to detail, efficient, and accurate
- Work independently with little supervision.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to make quick decisions.
- Exceptional data entry skills
- Process improvement orientation required.
- Strong ability to analyze complex data
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required – College Degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in an office environment.
- Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must regularly talk and hear, and use hands and fingers to operate call center tools.

Pay Range:
$31,400-$44,000The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
