As a Remote Clinical Coding Specialist at Turquoise Health, you will review and code medical records accurately to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and proper reimbursement.

Responsibilities:

  • Review patient medical records and assign appropriate clinical codes
  • Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with ICD-10 and CPT standards
  • Collaborate with billing and compliance teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines and regulations
  • Support audits and documentation requirements

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 1–3 years of experience in medical coding or healthcare documentation
  • Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and healthcare compliance regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and medical coding software
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) preferred

Compensation:
$60,000 – $75,000 depending on experience

Job Location
Fully remote within the US.
