We are currently seeking experienced Executive Recruiters to join our team. The ideal candidate should have agency or RPO experience, with retained search experience being a definite plus. This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong phone etiquette, strategic thinking, and tenacity to help build relationships with top performers and deliver top-tier talent to our clients.

As a remote role, this position offers flexibility and autonomy, enabling the successful candidate to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. We will provide training to ensure that you excel in this position.

Responsibilities of this role include coordinating interviews and managing candidate expectations, engaging with candidates and presenting opportunities, conducting candidate assessments, building and maintaining a network of potential candidates, monitoring the recruiting pipeline, and collaborating with the sourcing team to provide feedback.

As a successful candidate, you will have the ability to work under pressure, proven time management skills, and a sense of urgency.
