Now Hiring: Remote IT & Systems Engineer (International Candidates Only)

We are looking for a highly skilled Remote IT & Systems Engineer to support and improve our internal technology infrastructure. This role requires someone who can troubleshoot complex technical issues, build and maintain automations, support development initiatives, and proactively identify opportunities to improve systems and workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical issues with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • Design, build, and maintain automations to improve business processes and efficiency
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot internal applications and integrations
  • Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures
  • Support and maintain cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Assist with system deployments, version control, and release management
  • Troubleshoot application, server, network, and database issues
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to increase reliability and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement technical solutions
  • Document systems, processes, and technical procedures
  • Ensure security best practices are followed across all systems

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Software Development, Systems Engineering, DevOps, or a similar technical role
  • Strong experience with SQL, including writing and optimizing complex queries
  • Experience developing automations and system integrations using APIs and scripting
  • Experience with one or more programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, Python, or Java
  • Experience with Git and version control
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, networking, and system administration
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies
  • Experience with PowerShell or Bash scripting
  • Experience integrating third-party applications and APIs
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory
  • Experience supporting remote teams
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies is preferred
