As a Remote Patient Experience Specialist at Turquoise Health, you will focus on improving the patient journey and overall satisfaction, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to accessible and transparent healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns
- Gather and analyze patient feedback to improve processes
- Collaborate with clinical, customer success, and operations teams
- Identify opportunities to enhance the patient experience
- Track and report on patient satisfaction metrics
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in patient experience, customer success, or healthcare support
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and patient support platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
