- Competitive Compensation: This is a commission-based position with a guaranteed base pay of $600 USD per month to ensure financial stability as you build your sales pipeline. (paid in your local currency)
- High Commission Structure: On top of the base pay, you can earn up to $1,500+ per month through high-performance sales.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Prequalify leads by gathering essential information and determining fit with company offerings.
Sales & Relationship Building:
- Present and sell virtual support services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Handle objections and close deals with confidence and persuasion.
Market & Data Management:
- Track sales metrics and maintain accurate records in CRM software (e.g., Acumatica).
- Monitor industry trends and stay updated on competitor activities.
- Provide valuable feedback and insights to the sales and leadership teams.
Requirements
Experience:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or virtual services.
- Experience with lead generation and cold calling is a strong plus.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident in presenting and selling over the phone and via video calls.
- Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analytical mindset to identify opportunities and optimize outreach strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Acumatica preferred) and data entry.
