As a Remote Telehealth Coordinator at Turquoise Health, you will manage scheduling, support, and logistics for telehealth services, ensuring a smooth experience for patients and providers.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate telehealth appointments for patients and providers
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support during sessions
- Communicate with patients regarding preparation and follow-up
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflows
- Maintain accurate records of telehealth encounters and patient interactions
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare coordination, telehealth, or administrative roles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and telehealth platforms (Zoom, Doxy.me, etc.)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
