The Opportunity
The Reports Analyst is responsible for provide customer data, reporting, analysis, trending, and recommendations to business management and ensure data integrity, format, collection and presentation in an accurate and timely manner across Small Market, Regional Market, Specialty Market, and National Accounts . This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a team who provides exception operational support to our internal customers.
Key Responsibilities

• Run ad hoc and scheduled reports and submit to business management and/or senior staff.
• Respond to detailed information requests by preparing and creating business and operational reports.
• Research requests and download data in order to prepare exhibits, summaries, presentations, and/or reports for review by business management or senior staff.
• Manipulate data using spreadsheet or database applications taking into account technical knowledge of operations, reporting formats, and objectives of data analysis.
• Maintain databases, ensure integrity of data, and remain current on applicable business functions and technology tools.

Required Qualifications

• Expert level in Microsoft Excel and other MS Suite products.
• 3-4 years of related work experience in reporting and data analysis
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills both written and verbal
• Self-motivated, quick learner and proactive in personal development
• Ability to use AI to improve speed, quality, and efficiency across a broad range of day-to-day tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Dental, Disability, Life products

The expected salary range for this position is $41,600 - $72,300 . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
