Primary Function:

Audit real estate related paperwork to ensure accurate and timely disclosure to buyers.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Minimize Cartus legal and financial exposure by auditing disclosures, home inspections, listing agreements and other legal documents for data integrity and accuracy, based on legal, state, and company compliance guidelines
  • Analyze reports to determine appropriate follow up actions concerning disclosure documents
  • Notify Client Services Consultants of process delays due to incomplete information
  • Notify the appropriate in-house recipients of urgent items in a timely and efficient manner
  • Correctly upload and label all necessary disclosure documents in ATLAS
  • Correctly enter data into Homesale, ATLAS and database
  • Assist with on-going process design and improvements
  • Forward disclosure documents to appropriate real estate contact and confirm receipt
  • Archive e-mails and other sensitive materials

Qualifications/Selection Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, but not required
  • Customer service background preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in a Windows environment (Outlook & Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
