Summary:

In this role, you will lead high-impact research initiatives that generate actionable insights to inform business strategy, drive growth, and enhance client relevance. You will apply qualitative and quantitative methods to solve complex business questions, synthesize insights across customer, market, and product domains, and translate findings into clear strategic direction. You will partner closely with stakeholders to deliver insight-driven recommendations and compelling narratives that influence decisions and accelerate outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders by delivering insights that inform business decisions and growth strategies.

  • Build and execute targeted learning agendas aligned to key business priorities.

  • Design and execute end-to-end research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods to generate actionable insights.

  • Synthesize insights across research and data sources to identify unmet needs, buyer behaviors, and growth opportunities.

  • Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations and executive-level narratives that drive decision-making.

  • Present insights and facilitate discussions that align stakeholders and accelerate action.

  • Manage multiple research initiatives simultaneously, ensuring quality, speed, and impact.

  • Identify market opportunities and evaluate product-market fit through insight-driven analysis.

  • Embed voice of the client insights into business decisions to improve client experience and engagement.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to connect insights to brand, product, and growth strategies.

  • Collaborate with the Research Center of Excellence to align on standards and leverage shared capabilities.

  • Manage external research partners to deliver high-quality outputs aligned to business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Experience working in matrixed B2B environments, preferably within healthcare or professional services preferred.

  • Experience in corporate insights, enterprise research, or strategy consulting, with a demonstrated track record of translating insights into business strategy and executive decision-making.

  • Strong experience analyzing, synthesizing, and visualizing data to drive decision-making. (e.g., market sizing, trends, performance analysis).

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Senior Marketing, Product, and Strategy leaders.

  • Strong project management and vendor oversight capabilities.

  • Exceptional storytelling, synthesis, and presentation skills.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
