We’re looking for a Resource Director to join our dynamic team. This is an incredible opportunity to bring your skills, experience, and network to the industry’s largest communications marketing agency, solving business problems for brands through the thoughtful application of resource management best practices and problem-solving. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with the US Resource Management and Project Management teams, as well as client/project leads to cast and manage talent across client work

  • Manage day-to-day intake of requests through centralized ServiceNow software

  • Set/manage clear expectations, prioritize requests and proactively communicate status updates to stakeholders

  • Manage casting assignments within the Resource Management database, ensuring updates are accurate and timely

  • Collaborate with professionals from various specialties, namely Creative, Design and Integrated Strategic Planning, to review bandwidth, casting, address challenges, identify solutions

  • Partner with other Resource Managers across the U.S. and other markets to support resource sharing

  • Escalate resourcing challenges and provide updates to leadership as needed

  • Work with Finance and HR Partners to align on talent and business needs

  • Contribute to the improvement of resourcing processes and systems 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in resource management or project management (agency experience preferred)

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

  • Calm under pressure, with the ability to meet tight deadlines 

  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), and ability to work across diverse teams and personalities 

  • Quick learner who takes on new responsibilities with confidence 

  • Collaborative, thoughtful and professional approach 

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions 

  • Excellent communications skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different stakeholders 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PPT), and some familiarity with resource management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Workday, Service Now, RMSS, etc) 

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion 

 

$68,000 - $110,000 a year

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
