The ADUSA Product team manages the brand-side implementation of all retail media solutions for Ahold Delhaize USA. This includes collaboration with internal teams that manage the development and upkeep of our edge Retail Media platform, as well as working with external vendors (i.e. Epsilon, Vistar, Meta, etc) to maintain and further develop our feature set and integrations. The Product team owns internal and external roadmaps, user management, incident response, training material development, and release notes.
The Product Management + Strategy Intern will be responsible for owning several key product management aspects during the course of their internship, including (but not limited to) user creation and management, feature request submission and authorship of knowledge base materials. The PM+S intern will also be responsible for conducting an competitive audit of knowledge base materials and providing recommendations on areas of improvement for the edge retail media platform and its KB materials. This role will report to the Manager of Product Strategy for the edge platform, with the potential for exposure to other product areas dependent on performance and workload.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields.
- Experience with or understanding of major digital media channels and their key KPIs, as well as how they fit into the marketing funnel.
- Developing technical fluency - ability to speak to technical aspects of digital products and effectively communicate them to various audiences, from engineers to salespeople.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear and concise briefs/status updates.
- Comfortable working in a lean and agile environment, with potentially changing priorities, inconsistent day-to-day workloads, and exposure to leadership.
- Experience with data tools like Power Bi, BigQuery, Tableau, Python, SQL, or similar tool.
