Essential Duties and Responsibilities (in descending order of percentage of time required)


  • Own Pricing, Promo and trade strategic frameworks for assigned channels or portfolios, serving as the primary RGM authority and trusted business partner for Sales and Finance.
  • Lead the application of the Price Pack Architecture (PPA) framework within assigned portfolios, ensuring coherent value ladders, pack roles, and pricing integrity.
  • Develop competitive pricing and promotional strategies informed by market, competitor, and shopper insights within assigned scope.
  • Own analytically driven pricing recommendations for innovation, renovation, and portfolio optimization initiatives within assigned channels.
  • Define and manage trade investment prioritization and budgeting for assigned scope, driving ROI improvement through rigorous analysis and performance tracking.
  • Lead pricing and promotion deep dives, translating complex analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute channel and portfolio pricing perspectives into annual and long-range planning processes to inform financial outlooks.
  • Ensure disciplined governance of trade spend, promotions, and pricing actions within assigned scope through analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Advance RGM capabilities, tools, and ways of working by sharing frameworks and insights across the broader RGM community.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications (requirements necessary to perform listed duties and responsibilities)


Education/Certifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience within revenue growth management, including developing and executing pricing and promotional strategies across channels and products.
  • Experience applying Revenue Growth Management frameworks, such as Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Price Slopes, Competitive pricing analysis, Willingness to Pay, Incrementality assessments, etc.
  • Experience managing or influencing trade budgets and investment prioritization.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Subject matter expertise in RGM analytics, including promotional effectiveness, price elasticity, mix, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Ability to communicate insights and recommendations using clear, fact-based analysis to influence cross-functional decision making.
  • Ability to independently own an assigned channel or portfolio scope and drive pricing and trade decisions through insight and rigorous analysis.

The pay range for this position is $102,600.00 - $165,375.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
