What We’re Looking For

Conscious Talent is looking for world-class sales and revenue leaders (CROs, VP of Sales, VP of Business Development, Heads of Sales, Heads of Partnerships) who are committed to their inner work journey and mastery of their craft.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of building and scaling revenue organizations, alongside a desire to contribute to conscious, aligned cultures. What You Might Do (depending on the opportunity)
  • Lead sales and/or business development strategy to drive sustainable growth and market expansion

  • Build and manage high-performing revenue, partnerships, and business development teams

  • Cultivate authentic customer and partner relationships rooted in trust and mutual value

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and executive teams to align on strategic goals

  • Foster a culture of integrity, transparency, and resilience within sales organizations

  • Integrate inner work values such as presence, empathy, and long-term stewardship into client interactions

  • Contribute to a leadership culture that prizes authenticity, self-awareness, and trust

Who You Are
  • 6+ years in sales or business development leadership roles (e.g., CRO, VP of Sales, VP of Business Development, Head of Sales, Head of Partnerships)

  • Experience scaling revenue operations at high-growth startups or enterprises

  • Skilled at navigating complex sales cycles and building trusted long-term partnerships

  • Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about building not just great revenue numbers, but great teams

  • Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others

  • Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development

Bonus Points
  • Prior experience in conscious organizations or purpose-driven companies

  • Expertise in strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, or ecosystem development

  • Background in values-driven or consultative sales methodologies
