At Presidio, we're at the forefront of a global technology revolution, transforming industries through cutting-edge digital solutions and next-generation AI. We empower businesses - and their internal customers - to achieve more through innovation, automation, and intelligent insights.

The Role
The Revenue Operations Analyst, Sales Play Strategy & Operations will play a central role in Presidio's Revenue Operations team, managing the day-to-day execution of Presidio's Sales Play operating model. Partnering closely with Sales leadership, Analytics, and Marketing, this position program-manages the lifecycle of each play, maintains the coordinated play calendar, and delivers the reporting and analysis that keep leadership aligned. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, influencing key business decisions and helping to optimize sales performance across our portfolio. This role is U.S.–based and may require occasional travel.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Program-manage the end-to-end lifecycle of each sales play — from intake and qualification through scheduling, launch, and go-live — ensuring each play meets readiness criteria before activation.
  • Own and maintain the sales play calendar, enforcing quarterly concurrency limits and coordinating scheduling and prioritization across business units.
  • Maintain a centralized database of accounts targeted across active and planned plays to prevent overlap and conflicting outreach to the same customers.
  • Track and communicate weekly performance metrics and KPIs for active plays, delivering standardized reporting to sales leadership through the recurring Sales Play Review forum.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of sales play performance and present findings, trends, and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent set of criteria used to evaluate, prioritize, and calibrate new play requests.
  • Facilitate structured retrospectives on completed plays to capture learnings and continuously refine the operating model.
  • Partner with the teams responsible for designing and running plays — including Sales, Sales Analytics, Marketing, SDR, and Presales — to coordinate campaign creation, enablement, and execution support.

Required Skills and Professional Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; or equivalent professional/military experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in finance, business analysis, sales operations, or a strategic planning role; OR a master’s degree with 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated program or project management ability, including coordinating cross-functional initiatives and managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to build reporting and translate results into actionable insights.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM, including campaigns, opportunity management, and dashboards.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence across sales, analytics, and marketing teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information and present clearly to executive audiences.
  • Highly organized self-starter, comfortable operating with ambiguity and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.

Preferred Skills and Professional Experience:

  • Industry experience at a Presidio partner or similar company.
