In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Legal, and Marketing to keep core revenue operations running smoothly while identifying opportunities to improve scale, speed, and accuracy. You will also serve as a flexible cross-functional backup across the broader RevOps team when coverage is needed.

Location: Austin, TX or U.S. East Coast

What You’ll Do

Core Areas of Ownership

Deal Desk
Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team on deal desk support, including deal structuring, pricing approvals, non-standard terms, and quote-to-close escalations.

Provisioning
Manage software and entitlement provisioning to ensure customers receive the correct access and licenses promptly after closed-won, in alignment with contracted terms.

Analytics
Analyze pipeline, revenue, go-to-market cycle, and customer journey data to surface insights, identify risk, and support better forecasting and sales performance decisions.

Time-Critical Marketing Support
Own urgent, marketing-driven updates in HubSpot, including campaign, routing, and data changes that support time-sensitive go-to-market execution.

DealHub (CPQ) Change Management
Administer and improve DealHub, including configuration updates, pricing and approval workflow changes, and rollout of process improvements to the sales organization.

Team Coverage and Operational Support

Cross-train across the broader RevOps function so you can step in to support Deal Desk, CRM, quoting, and provisioning workflows during teammate absences or periods of peak volume.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Identify and remove manual bottlenecks in the quote-to-cash process through automation and AI-enabled workflows

  • Design scalable approaches for pricing approvals and non-standard contract routing

  • Use analytics to move reporting from reactive to more predictive and insight-driven decision support

  • Audit existing workflows to identify administrative work that can be simplified, automated, or delegated to AI agents

  • Act as a strategic advisor to Sales Leadership on friction points in the revenue cycle and opportunities to improve velocity and conversion

  • Document key revenue operations processes into clear, repeatable playbooks, SOPs, and workflows

  • Partner cross-functionally to strengthen handoffs and improve execution across the customer lifecycle

What You’ll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Experience administering a CPQ platform for quoting and order management, with DealHub experience a strong plus

  • Experience administering a CRM system, including pipelines, properties, workflows, and reporting, with HubSpot experience a strong plus

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with pipeline and revenue data to generate insights and support decisions

  • Strong understanding of the full quote-to-cash lifecycle, including pricing, approvals, contracting, and provisioning

  • Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Legal

  • Strong documentation and process design skills, with the ability to translate complex workflows into scalable SOPs and playbooks

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and operational follow-through

  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data integrity and process quality

  • Willingness to step outside core ownership areas to support team coverage and business continuity when needed

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience using AI tools to enrich sales data, automate meeting intelligence, or improve pipeline management and deal hygiene

  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Workato, Zapier, or similar automation frameworks

  • Experience supporting end-to-end sales processes across new business, renewals, and expansion motions
