We are seeking a highly strategic and analytical Revenue Operations Manager to join our team.  This role is critical in maintaining our key sales technology stack, supporting recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs, and driving data-driven decision making through detailed and complex analysis.  This role will be responsible for the administration and optimization of critical sales tools, including Clari, Spiff, Salesforce, and Outreach, ensuring seamless functionality, user management, and tool configuration.

In addition to managing sales systems, this role will develop and maintain standard revenue operations reporting, deliver actionable insights, and support ad-hoc reporting requests as needed. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of sales processes and operations.

Key Responsibilities: 

Sales Systems Administration & Optimization

 Own and manage the administration, configuration, and optimization of Clari, Spiff, Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales technology tools.
 Maintain user access, roles, and permissions across platforms.
 Partner with internal stakeholders, including Sales, RevOps, Business Systems, and IT, to align system capabilities with business needs.
 Troubleshoot system issues, implement enhancements, and lead system-related training initiatives.
 Drive user adoption and process improvements while identifying areas of tech consolidation.

 

Sales Reporting & Analysis

 Develop and maintain standardized revenue operations reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics (pipeline, bookings, quota attainment, etc.).
 Provide ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic initiatives, leadership decision-making, and sales performance improvements.
 Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems, identifying gaps and implementing solutions to improve data quality.
 Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to provide insights that drive revenue growth.

 

Process and Operational Support

 Support sales forecasting processes by ensuring data consistency and accuracy in Clari and Salesforce.
 Develop documentation and training materials for end users, improving adoption and efficiency.
 Continuously identify opportunities for automation and operational enhancements.

 

Qualifications: 

 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field.
 Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data management.
 Strong analytical skills with experience in sales reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
 Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
 Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
 Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and translate technical concepts to business users.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ). 
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
 Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. 
 Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
