We are a fast-growing, technology-enabled marketplace operating across the U.S., and we’re just getting started.

The Role

We're looking for a Rev Ops Manager to build and own the reporting layer that tells us what's actually happening in the business, and then to lead the highest-priority work that comes out of it. To lead high priority projects that drive our business forward, including building and owning the reporting layer that drives insights and steers direction across teams, distilling insights into solutions, and moving quickly to launch projects leveraging AI.

This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and is excited to solve problems across the business. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, data, execution, and AI, with direct visibility into the company’s most important decisions. Reporting to the COO, you’ll work across teams to identify opportunities, shape priorities, and turn ideas into

What You’ll Do

Drive Revenue & Business Impact

  • Identify and lead the highest-priority strategic initiatives that drive revenue, growth, and efficiency.
  • Use data and business insights to identify opportunities, size their potential impact, and develop a plan to capture them.
  • Partner cross-functionally to take initiatives from idea through execution, owning outcomes rather than simply making recommendations.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve conversion, increase revenue, reduce costs, and make the business more efficient.

Own Business Reporting & Analytics

  • Own leadership, Board, and investor reporting end-to-end, including the underlying queries, data integrity, metrics, and first draft of the narrative.
  • Build the reporting and analytical infrastructure that a clear view of business performance; including recurring reporting to run with minimal manual intervention.
  • Be the analytical partner to Sales: own pipeline reporting, conversion and cohort analysis, rep performance visibility, and forecast support so Sales leadership can focus on coaching and execution.
  • Own contractor network analytics, including subscription performance, profile health, supply and market coverage, retention, and churn.

Turn Data Into Action

  • Identify trends, opportunities, and problems before they become obvious to the rest of the organization.
  • Turn qualitative and quantitative signals—including support tickets, sales calls, and contractor conversations—into recurring insights that inform Product and GTM decisions.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to translate operational and data needs into technical solutions.

Build Operational Leverage & Automation

  • Own vendor and cost visibility, including contract inventory, renewal tracking, and spend benchmarking.
  • Build scalable processes, systems, and workflows in partnership with the teams that will ultimately operate them.
  • Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Sales, CX, Finance, and other teams to turn analysis into shipped outcomes.
  • Use AI-native tools, automation, and reusable workflows to eliminate repetitive work and create leverage for yourself and the broader organization.
  • Apply judgment where automation falls short—we value accurate, honest answers over confident but incorrect ones
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 5+ years of experience revenue operations, business operations, strategy, consulting, analytics, or marketplace operations,
  • A scrappy, hands-on operator who is willing to roll up their sleeves and solve problems themselves.
  • AI-native: automation is how you work, not a tool you occasionally reach for. You codify recurring analysis into repeatable workflows and build leverage for the rest of the team—not just yourself.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to turn data into action—and to own the numbers, including when they’re wrong.
  • Fluency with SQL and modern data/BI tools. You can get to the answer yourself without waiting on Engineering.
  • Highly organized, with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from start to finish.
  • Comfortable operating with significant autonomy and ambiguity. Nobody here will hand you a prioritized queue.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product and Engineering teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. You’ll write things the CEO and Board read.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Equity in an early-stage, high-growth company
  • Hybrid flexibility + “work from anywhere” time
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with match
  • 12 weeks fully paid family leave
  • PTO
