One of Pine's portfolio companies is a fast-growing Sage Intacct partner helping mid-market businesses transform their finance and operations. They're looking for a Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant to lead clients through the full implementation lifecycle — from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, training, and go-live.

This is a project-focused role for someone who thrives on taking ownership of engagements, building trusted client relationships, and delivering implementations that stick. If you're energized by translating business problems into technology solutions and seeing the direct impact of your work on a client's operations, this role is for you.

This is a fully remote role, with the employee primarily working from their home office.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and execute Sage Intacct implementations following established implementation methodologies.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to analyse and document business and system requirements.
  • Configure Sage Intacct modules to align with client processes and accounting structures.
  • Develop and execute test plans and support client testing phases.
  • Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer to ensure confident system adoption.
  • Recommend best-practice processes and system optimisations tailored to each client's needs.
  • Design and build financial reports and dashboards within Sage Intacct.
  • Configure and support third-party integrations and marketplace solutions.
  • Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
  • Provide regular project status updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Identify system limitations, risks, and enhancement opportunities; escalate complex issues and collaborate with technical resources to resolve them.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, templates, and implementation best practices.

What They're Looking For

    Required

    • 1+ years of ERP implementation or consulting experience; Sage Intacct strongly preferred.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical system configurations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
    • Customer-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing consulting environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proficiency with standard business tools (Office 365, collaboration platforms, virtual meeting tools).
    • Nice to Have

      • Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct modules including GL, AP, AR, multi-entity, project accounting, and reporting/dashboards.
      • Experience configuring third-party integrations and ISV solutions within Sage Intacct.
      • Experience with ERP ticketing or PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise).
      • Sage Intacct certification or willingness to obtain.

  • Location: Remote
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Benefits: Competitive benefits package (medical, dental, vision), generous PTO and company-observed holidays, 401(k) with employer match, professional development opportunities, and a people-first culture backed by Pine Services Group
